We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner who will identify top talent for monday.com and lead the recruiting lifecycle.We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and innovative Talent Acquisition Partner. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top-tier candidates across various business functions. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to hiring, while aligning closely with business leadership to understand strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include profiling ideal candidates, developing effective sourcing strategies, creating an outstanding candidate experience, conducting interviews, and collaborating in hiring decisions. We''re looking for someone passionate, motivated, and innovative, ready to make an impact and help shape our talent acquisition strategy.About The RoleManage end-to-end global hiring processes.
