About The Role Immutable is growing fast across new revenue streams, entities, and product lines. Were looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance.The Head of Finance is the right-hand and trusted partner to the SVP Finance (the most senior finance leader at Immutable), taking comprehensive ownership of all operational finance functions and playing a crucial role in building a world-class finance team.This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an individual passionate about driving efficiency, implementing scalable structures, and leveraging technology to support our ambitious growth trajectory, while also empowering and mentoring our existing talent.We are looking for a qualified finance leader with a proven track record in high-growth environments, adept at establishing necessary guardrails while fostering agile growth.You''ll Be Empowered To :Lead all aspects of group financial reporting under IFRS, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end consolidation and close across multiple entitiesManage all group tax obligations and compliance filings (GST, FBT, PAYG, R&D, international tax)Oversee and maintain the groups financial systems, including NetSuite and billing systems, ensuring accurate configuration, data integrity, and reportingDesign, implement, and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and risk frameworksOperate and enhance the groups treasury program (US$100million+)Drive improvements in reporting cadence, close timelines, and data quality through process design and toolingPartner with key business stakeholders to represent finance during the design and iteration of new products, partnerships, and revenue streamsLead, manage, and develop a lean, high-performing team across controllership, treasury, and digital asset operations, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and professional growthWe''d Love You To Bring :CA, CPA or ACCA qualification5+ years in senior finance roles with experience owning group reporting, audits, and tax complianceStrong IFRS knowledge and hands-on experience preparing consolidated financialsProven ability to manage external audits and multi-entity statutory reportingExperience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and solid Excel skillsTrack record of improving finance operations through tooling or automationExperience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments such as startups, scaleups or product-led tech companiesPrior exposure to top-tier consulting or professional servicesA player-coach mindset equally confident leading a team and diving into detailBonus Points For Exposure to Web3, crypto or digital asset operationsExperience managing billing systems and supporting B2B revenue modelsWe are proud of the benefits that we offer for all of our employees globally.
