About the role This position collaborates with the Learning & Capability team members to uplift the TACs capability and performance through the design and delivery of contemporary learning and capability development programs and interventions, to enhance the learning experience and culture across the business. The Senior Consultant will partner with Divisional Senior Leaders to drive strategically aligned learning and capability investments that enable individual, team and organisational development. This position will be aligned to the Best Client Outcomes Program of work and will build career and learning pathways across the client division with a focus on future capability requirements. You will lead the strategy and implementation plan for the development of infrastructure and frameworks that support career progression and targeted capability development. About the Team Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Capability this role sits within the Learning and Capability Branch in the People, Culture and Engagement division. You will be joining a collaborative, supportive and outcomes focused team, who are committed and passionate about the work they do and the change they lead for the TAC and employees. You will be supported by a Manager who promotes a highly supportive, engaged and trusting team culture. What were looking for Significant experience in strategic capability development Demonstrated experience developing and executing a division or organisation-wide future-focused capability strategy Previous experience building learning and career pathways Proven experience designing and implementing frameworks and pathways that support targeted capability development and career progression Project Management experience in establishing project plans, setting goals and tracking performance and impacts Advanced communication and consulting skills Proven communication and consulting skills across a range of stakeholders, including developing communications material and plans, understanding stakeholder needs and managing stakeholder relationships in order to deliver tailored frameworks and programs which meet business needs Previous experience working in an agile environments and applying iterative, human-centred approaches is highly desirable Why youll love it here Theres more to work than a competitive salary and amazing employee benefits.
