With a passionate team of approximately 30 staff, we strive to empower individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives.About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our organisation through its next phase of growth. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations across all departments, ensuring operational excellence, team development, and alignment with our mission and strategic goals. Candidates must hold permanent residency or Australian citizenship with full working rights.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and operational leadership across all departments including service delivery, HR, compliance, finance, and administration.Oversee and support department heads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Foster a high-performing, positive workplace culture aligned with our values.Ensure all services meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and client expectations.Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management processes.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.Develop and manage budgets in collaboration with the finance team.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, staff, stakeholders, and funding bodies (e.g. NDIS).Report to the Board or Director(s) on key performance indicators, risks, and strategic objectives.A minimum of Certificate or Diploma level qualification is required for this position.About YouProven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the disability, community services, or health sectors. A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience is essential for this role. Strong understanding of NDIS and relevant regulatory frameworks. Exceptional people management and team leadership skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Desirable QualificationsTertiary qualifications in business management, health, social work, or a related field.
