$85,000 $90,000 per year (pro-rated 30 hrs) About Sunnybank Rugby Union Club Sideline Sports Recruitment is partnering with Sunnybank Rugby Union Club again in search of their next Pathway Manager Colts. About the Role Reporting to the Director of Rugby, the Pathway Manager Colts will: Head Coach Colts 1, while overseeing all Colts teams (Colts 24 and Junior Colts). Lead and mentor coaches to deliver a consistent, professional programme. Drive player recruitment, retention and development across Colts. Deliver the Mick Ramsay Academy (U15U19 identified athletes). Partner with the Junior Pathways Manager to strengthen the player pipeline. Act as a public ambassador for Sunnybank, building relationships with schools and the wider rugby community. This is a contractor position (approx. 30 hrs/week) on a 2-year fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be required to hold, or be eligible to apply for, an Australian Business Number (ABN). What Were Looking For Essential: World Rugby Level 3 Coach, high-performance rugby experience, demonstrated success in player and coach development, strong leadership and communication skills, willingness to live locally and integrate into the community. Desirable: Experience in professional/semi-professional rugby systems (Super Rugby, NPC, Top League, etc.) and exposure to GPS school, academy or university rugby environments. Community & Club Engagement Explain how you would represent Sunnybank Rugby in schools and the wider rugby community. Share how youd connect with players, families, volunteers and stakeholders to become part of the fabric of the club.
