Were looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a dynamic retail environment.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement Connect with and understand the needs of new and expectant parents, providing personalised assistance and product recommendations.Product Demonstration Guide customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.Stock Management Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and organised.About YouYoure a proactive and approachable individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You have a genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.What you bring to the teamPrior Customer Service Experience.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.High Standards in customer service and store presentation.Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor.
