OverviewNational Security Operations (NSO) has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Support to join our small Administration team. The Administration team (also known as the A-team) plays a vital role in enabling safety of Courthouse proceedings, through supporting 370 Court Security Officers. We ensure our Officers and the NSO Leadership team have the right resources at the right time to ensure the Judiciary, Ministry staff and participants at court, act and feel safe. This is a varied and rewarding role, where you''ll gain wide exposure across security operations, administration, and stakeholder engagement. In This Role, You Will work closely with suppliers of security equipment gain insight into secure intelligence sharing create clear, wide-reaching communicative pieces improve systems and workflows using Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform tools occasionally assist with Officer Safety Training scenarios support and coordinate administrative activity across NSO, such as: code invoices book travel purchase uniform manage access to restricted information Pkenga/Skills And Experience To be successful in this role you will: strong communication skills, both written and verbal exceptional organisational skills with a proactive mindset ability to work across multiple teams with differing needs enthusiasm and willingness to learn awareness and respect for cultural values and practices, with a particular focus on Tikanga Mori some experience in an administration role and public sector would be an advantage No candidate will meet every single desired qualification. Salary The remuneration band for this role is $55,343 to $74,416 while the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience, we are willing to pay higher in the band to attract strong candidates into this role.
