About The RoleAs our Support Officer Logistics, youll play a key role in keeping our Moruya Ag, Horse & Pet branch running smoothly. In this hands-on role, youll be responsible for warehousing, stock control and supporting our customers across the full sales processfrom processing orders through to dispatch. With strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, youll ensure the right products get to the right place, at the right time. Backed by a national rural supply network, youll have access to the tools, support and career opportunities to help you grow.ResponsibilitiesReceive, handle, store and dispatch rural products safely and accuratelyPick and pack customer orders to meet delivery timeframesAssist with stocktakes and general inventory controlSupport customers by processing sales, preparing quotes and invoicesCarry out general branch admin tasks, including banking, purchasing and reportingAbout YouTo succeed at AIRR, you will have:A current forklift licence and Medium Rigid truck licenceExperience working in a fast-paced logistics, warehousing or customer service environmentBasic knowledge of rural or agricultural products, or a willingness to learnA commitment to delivering outstanding customer serviceBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quicklyAbout AIRRAIRR is proud to be a part of Elders, the last Australian-listed major agribusiness.
