You lead from the front, thrive under pressure, and understand how to manage operations and energy at scale.You will have: Proven experience as a Senior Venue Manager or General Manager in a high-volume venue. Confidence managing large teams, guest bookings, events, and fast-paced service flow. Strong commercial acumen cost control, labour management, budgeting, and hitting revenue targets.
