OverviewBring your accounts receivable expertise to a major organisation with flexible hours, hybrid working, and a supportive team environment. This is a contract opportunity until December 2025 with the possibility of extension into 2026. Based in Maroochydore, this role offers working-from-home arrangements and the opportunity to support key business operations.ResponsibilitiesManage and follow up on outstanding premium payments.Maintain accurate payment and customer records, including expiry updates.Ensure data integrity across internal systems.Work with customers to establish and manage payment plans.Provide administrative and billing support to your direct manager.Work independently through allocated lists and tasks.QualificationsProven experience in accounts receivable is highly regarded.Ability to adapt quickly to new systems.Strong communication skills.Insurance or call centre experience is highly regarded.Reliable, organised, and detail focused.Employment detailsThis is a contract role based in Maroochydore, offering flexibility and hybrid work arrangements.
