Our mission is to enable the pursuit of a good life for everyone, through authentic, curious and tenacious collaboration that tackles opportunities and supports the moments that matter for our community.What you''ll do - Chief Financial OfficerLead the Finance and Corporate Services function and partner with the CEO to shape and execute the financial strategy, drive operational and business performance, and ensure strong financial governance.Hold accountability for setting and executing the financial strategy, direction and cadence for the company.Partner with the CEO, Board and executive leaders to provide strategic insight on business performance, market trends, investment opportunities, and organisational risks.Provide financial advice and analysis to the CEO and Board on all strategic and operational aspects of financial management and sustainability for the group.Act as Company Secretary and ensure Hireup complies with statutory obligations, requirements of ASIC and other regulators.Lead the Finance and Legal functions, building a culture of high performance.Lead annual budget and forecasting processes and deliver effective financial planning in line with strategic priorities.Maintain Hireups financial strength through cash flow management, allocation and appropriate investment strategies.Your BackgroundCA/CPA or equivalent accounting qualification.Demonstrated track record as a CFO and in senior financial leadership roles.Experience operating as a strategic thought partner and partnering with the CEO.Proven leadership that drives performance, accountability and coaching of team members.Strong background in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, financial control and cost allocation that drives business performance.Experience with transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and integration processes.Experience in dynamic, agile environments and operating within regulatory requirements.Experience as a Company Secretary is desirable but not required.Commercial acumen to align financial, operations and people strategy and outcomes.Ability to conceptualise and implement strategic initiatives and business models.Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative and persuasive relationship builder.Why should you join?Youll become part of a purpose-driven team delivering our mission for people with a disability.
