You''ll need hands on as well as team and MSP experience and be able to blend all three skillsets. You''ll be with us on the journey as we mature and expand our MSP offering. We have currently passed five Cisco Powered Managed Services certifications. Help us build our customer base and deliver first rate MSP services to our clients. We are a Cisco Gold Provider partner, with the Cisco Powered Managed Services designation, so we are looking for an experienced Network Operations Manager to take our service offering to the next level. You will have experience in running a NOC and be able to demonstrate the innovation and development of the environment that you have achieved in your prior roles. We specialise in the delivery of Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) based networks and have a client base across Australia and NZ.Job OverviewYou''ll need to be technical, to deliver support for Cisco and Meraki, along with the daily running of the NOC, so CCNP or CCIE is a preferred option. As a manager you''ll be managing a small team and so need skills to lead from the front. Liaison with both the delivery and sales teams means you must be able to work as part of a larger team. Leading the team, you''ll need to manage the overall operations, ensure customer satisfaction and deliver on the contracted outcomes of our MSP customers. You''ll have a mix of technical and customer service skills - as well as be highly organised.
