OverviewCasual Service Person Driver Casual, Branch ParkesKennards Hire is the largest family-owned equipment hire company in Australia and New Zealand, with access to ANZ''s biggest tool shed, benefit programs and long-term service rewards. This casual role offers an immediate start at a rate of $32.69 per hour plus weekend loading.As the Kennards Hire representative to our customers, you will receive the training and development you need to be successful. The Casual Service Person Driver is the critical link between a Kennards Hire branch, our customers and their projects, big or small. Youll handle everything that makes our customers job easy: expert advice, pickups, deliveries and ensuring our equipment is ready for hire.ResponsibilitiesInstruct and demonstrate to customers how to safely use our equipment.As the Driver, perform pickup and delivery of equipment from customer sites, including safe loading and unloading.Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions.Maintain the high standard and quality of equipment through regular servicing and minor repairs.Perform cleaning of branch facilities and maintenance of equipment as required.Perform equipment check-in and check-out inspections.About youSuccessful applicants come from diverse backgrounds such as customer service, building & construction, hospitality, retail, driver, landscaping, trade & maintenance.A valid drivers licence; MR licence preferred but not essential.The availability to work weekends.Some physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods; the ability to pass a drug test.Be proactive and keen to learn new skills.An interest in machinery and equipment; training will be provided.A positive attitude and a team player.Join our teamJoin Kennards Hire and youll be supported with the tools and resources youll need to succeed.
