Background: We have a salaried position for a Plumbing Supervisor/Manager for a small Plumbing Maintenance company. Most of the work we do is around residential properties with a small portion of commercial work. Reporting to the Managing director you will be responsible for managing the operational side of the business including The small team of plumbers and schedulers. The scoping and quoting of plumbing works Ordering of materials for successful quotes Overseeing of efficient scheduling Invoicing review Liaising with the customers as needed At times will need to help in the field as/when required Management of ensuring equipment/cars/etc are maintained Be on the on-call phone on a rotational basis with others Qualifications and Experience: You will need to have a current PCL, Gas and Backflow Licences Have Experience in similar plumbing operations roles Good Knowledge of ServiceM8 or similar programs Full understanding and experience of residential plumbing type work. Understanding of the codes around gas/water and drainage. We do not do new homes. Conditions: A generous salary, company car and mandated superannuation will be provided to the successful candidate.
