ABOUT THE ROLE Were seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our first Melbourne boutique, opening early September. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping Scarlet & Sams in-store experience and building a community of loyal customers. As Store Manager, youll lead from the frontdelivering an exceptional customer experience, driving commercial outcomes, and developing a high-performing team who embody our brand values. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire and manage your team to deliver exceptional service and store presentation. Achieve store sales targets through strong conversion, upselling, and relationship building. Manage all operational aspects of the store including rostering, stock control, reporting, and loss prevention. Maintain brand consistency through visual merchandising and presentation standards. Build and nurture a VIP client base, hosting activations and events to strengthen customer relationships. Recruit, coach, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability and growth. Oversee store compliance with health, safety, and operational policies. Cultivate personalised, memorable customer experiences that encourage loyalty.
