Beyond pet insurance, we also operate a dynamic commercial brokerage firm, currently offering an exciting opportunity for an Insurance Broker looking to advance their career. About the RoleWe are looking for an Insurance Broker to be responsible for servicing a well-established book of SME clients across a mix of industries. This is a client-facing role where relationship-building and personalised service are at the heart of what we do. Key Responsibilities: Deliver end-to-end support across insurance broking functions, including quoting and acquiring new business, renewals, endorsements, claims and reporting. Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and high-quality service. Facilitate claims resolution by liaising with clients and insurers to ensure timely outcomes. Work with our marketing team to develop strategies to acquire new business. Handle administrative duties to maintain operational efficiency and compliance. About You Minimum 2 years experience in insurance broking. Tier 1 insurance broking qualification (required). Sound knowledge of SME insurance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Strong time management skills. Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team. Experience in using Insight, SCTP and Sunrise systems (highly desirable).
