The RolesWere currently seeking enthusiastic leaders to join us across multiple Miami Bakehouse cafes. Kiosk Manager (Miami Gilberts) - youll take ownership of store performance, lead a high-performing team, and drive sales growth. Salary up to $77,000 + $800 monthly bonuses Assistant Manager (Miami Southbound), youll support store leadership, motivate your team, and coordinate day-to-day operations to deliver outstanding results. $77,000 + $400 monthly bonuses + travel allowance. If youre earlier on your leadership journey, we also welcome applications from experienced Duty Managers or Supervisors looking to step up. Youll also work closely with senior leaders to refine processes and drive results. Who Are YouWere looking for natural leaders who thrive on motivating and supporting others. You may already have hospitality or retail leadership experience, or you might bring transferable skills from another industry and the confidence to step up.
