As a leading for-purpose organisation, we deliver tailored support, learning, and employment services for people with diverse abilities across Outer Eastern Melbourne and West Gippsland.We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Practice Leader to lead our Living, Learning + Leisure services based in Warragul, servicing the West Gippsland region.About the RoleThe newly created position of Practice Leader is accountable for the quality, delivery, and strategic growth of the Living, Learning + Leisure model, which provides one-to-one support, small group activities, and development opportunities in the West Gippsland region.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, support and develop a team of Disability Support Workers and Senior Disability Support Workers delivering NDIS-funded servicesEnsure service delivery reflects the principles of Person-Centred Practice, Active Support, Positive Behaviour Support, and Reflective PracticeOversee day-to-day operations, including workforce coordination, documentation (incident reports, goal progress, and journal notes), and service complianceFoster strong relationships with clients, families, Support Coordinators, and community stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement, service innovation, and community engagementContribute to Knoxbrookes broader strategic goals and organisational developmentAbout YouYou are a confident, compassionate, and experienced leader with a deep understanding of the NDIS and a strong commitment to best practice. You thrive in dynamic environments, approach challenges with a solution-focused mindset, and are passionate about driving meaningful outcomes for people with disabilities.
