This is a rare opportunity to join a business where ambition is matched by purpose, and where success is measured not only in returns, but in the trust, integrity, and value delivered to their people, partners, and investors.The roleBuilding robust and transparent reportingImplementing financial processes, procedures, and systemsMonth end processesAll statutory/regulatory reportingPreparation of board reporting packsBuilding group budgets and forecastsBuilding and developing comprehensive financial models such as NPV, IRR, three-way statement modelsTreasury, debt refinancing, working capital, manage banking relationshipsSupport all acquisition activities, including evaluation, analysis, capital allocation, capital raisingTrust accounting & reportingPrep and lodgement of BAS, GST, FBT, stamp duty, land taxWhat were looking forCA or CPA qualifiedStrong technical accounting foundation, ideally trained in Big 4 or top tier-chartered environmentsProven experience in senior finance roles working across Financial Reporting, FP&A, and StrategyAdvanced skills in financial modelling, particularly NPV, IRR, and three-way statementPrior experience building and implementing tight financial controls and governanceExperience working in property and property investment will be highly regarded for this roleFirst-time movers from Big 4 or top-tier chartered firms with exposure to property portfolios or property investment businesses are welcome to applyAbout youYou are entrepreneurial and commercially astute, thinking like a business owner and recognising how investment decisions create value.
