Reporting to the CEO and Medical Director, come join ourorganisation in this rewarding role, where you will lead and support the management, operations, efficiency and financial performance of medical centres through out Regional WA and the Northern Territory:Leading your team to achieve optimum service quality along with cost and productivity targetsBringing new acquisitions onlineAnalysing and interpreting financial and budgetary information to influence and improve business strategyEstablishing good rapport with internal and external stakeholders including centre staff, Doctors, Allied Health professionals, etc.Coaching and supporting Area Mangers to manage and develop their reception and nursing teamsWorking with Area Managers and centre staff to implement and maintain systems, policies and proceduresProviding safe and healthy working environmentsMaintaining a professional and friendly work environmentDo you have the qualities that we are looking for?At least 5 years experience in a similar leadership role, managing an engaged and collaborative teamAt least 5 years experience working within a medical centre environmentStrong financial and budgetary knowledgeAbility to travel when required to clinics in regional WA and Northern TerritoryHigh level of experience using Best Practice and Microsoft Office productsHigh level of experience in Medicare rules, PRODA and MBSExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven multi-tasking, prioritisation, problem solving and time management skillsWe have a great opportunity for you to be a part of the leadership team of Radiant Doctors Group.
