At Bryant Park Consulting, we foster a collaborative and supportive environment where our employees can thrive and grow professionally.What you will doAs a Principal with Bryant Park Consulting you will be responsible for serving as lead consultant on end-to-end implementations of NetSuite for our Clients. Client stakeholders and other consultants on the team will look up to you for business process and systems architecture advisory based on your extensive NetSuite and business transformation experience.Be proactive and serve as the Client''s advocate during engagementsLead discovery and requirements gathering workshopLead process mapping/reengineering and future state process designAdvise client on standard functionality, leading practices for software and industryFunctional system configuration design, drafting requirements and design documentsCollaborate with technical counterparts to deliver custom solutions to meet Client requirementsManage scope and requirements and work within budget/allocation at all timesLead Configuration Workshops and Offline Configuration ActivitiesLead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Systems Interface Testing (SIT) ActivitiesLead End User Training (EUT) and enablement planning activitiesDefine data migration strategy and lead and/or complete all data migration activitiesProvide ongoing support to Clients post go-live as neededLead full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects, including all project phases: Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, SupportTranslate complex business requirements and processes into technical designsPerform fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and executionCollaborate and work closely with in-house development team to implement custom solutionsSupport efforts to attract new clients into the firm and with scoping new projectsContribute to internal company initiatives including go-to-market efforts, knowledge management, and enablementWillingness to learn and develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagementBe a leader internally to support the growth of fellow colleaguesLead clients to a system design that is the best for their businessQualificationsBachelor''s or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems4+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience, 8+ full life cycle implementationsNetSuite Certifications heavily preferred - ERP Consultant, AdministratorStrong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skillsStrong organizational, project management, and time management skillsAbility to be flexible and adaptable to changing client needs and requestsAbility to successfully manage client and team interactions, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiencesStrong background in finance/accounting, supply chain, consulting services, and/or industry-specific experienceCapable of designing end-to-end solutions with SuiteCloud Platform tools (SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk)Extensive familiarity with data migration plan and procedures and hands-on experience completing Go-Live cutover data loadsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentAbility to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environmentEagerness to mentor junior staffStrong sense of responsibility in providing a quality product as part of a teamDesirable:Advanced NetSuite Module Experience: Advanced Manufacturing, Quality Management, Warehouse Management, Materials Requirements Planning, SuiteBilling, Advanced Revenue Management, Services Resource Planning, OpenAir, NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, International LocalizationExperience with Zone Advanced Billing (ZAB or ZoneBilling)Integration toolset expertise with Celigo, Dell Boomi, FarApp, WorkatoCertified NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer (are you ''techno-functional''?)Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Audit ExperienceProject Management Certifications (PMP, CSM)MBA, Masters, or other advanced degreesSalary Range: $160,000 to $195,000Putting Our People First From Day OneFrom the founding of Bryant Park Consulting, we committed to putting people first and offering variety, fulfillment, and balance.
