As we expand our brand nationally, were searching for a driven, strategic, and accomplished individual to work with our SA team, driving both business development and operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to shape a growing business. We have a brand new fleet to support our existing customers and growing demand in South Australia.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Wingfield, South Australia. The ideal candidate will be values driven and have a blend of B2B sales experience, leadership capability, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of transport equipment rentals. This role is perfect for those ready to thrive in a rapidly evolving growth setting.The successful candidate will be of strong character and work ethic and will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement. In addition you will bring:Qualifications / ExperienceProven sales success in the truck & trailer rental sector.Strong leadership and operational management capability.Expertise in building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.A proactive, self-motivated approach to business development and client solutions.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying new business opportunities and potential revenue streams for prime mover and trailer rental solutions.
