TLEA is welcoming applications for a permanent, full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician on a Monday to Friday roster.The successful applicant will be responsible for ongoing reactionary and planned NPI site maintenance, maintaining optics and functionality across all TLEA sites to expected standards of excellence. This includes the Kwinana site, the Research and Development laboratory in Bibra Lake, and storage facilities in Rockingham.We seek individuals who align with our core values of distinction, pragmatism, honesty, tenacity, and innovation. The role suits someone with solid technical tooling skills who remains calm under pressure and is precise when scoping work.ResponsibilitiesSite-based NPI maintenance including fortnightly cleaning of air-conditioning filters, alternating between train 1 and train 2.Maintenance of site gardens and landscaping.General stock and material movements as required.Refitting and stripping of donga internals.Responding to plumbing issues (minor leaks, blocked dishwashers, etc.).Assembly and installation of furniture (racks, storage cupboards, compartments, desks, etc.).Managing fuel station refueling vehicles, monitoring vendor usage, and maintaining adequate fuel stocks.Ensuring adequate bottled water supply to offices with water coolers across the site.Executing building and stock repairs, both reactionary and planned per SAP data reports.Seasonal-based minor pest control.What can you bring?Minimum of 2+ years experience in a similar hands-on role.Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.Ability to engage and communicate clearly with vendors and team; ability to liaise with all levels of the organisation.Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.Ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks.Excellent stakeholder engagement attributes with an inclusive and open style.What we offerContribute to a green and sustainable industry of the future.Competitive salary with a performance-based discretionary bonus structure.Additional superannuation.Rewards and recognition program.Long service leave option after 5 years (pro rata).Supportive colleagues committed to your success and well-being.Inclusive and diverse work environment.LocationTLEA acknowledges the Whadjuk and Gnaala Karla Boodja people of the Noongar Nation as the traditional custodians of the Kwinana area, where we operate our plant.Kwinana is 38 km from the Perth CBD, 20 km from Fremantle, and 7 km from Rockingham.How to applyTo find out more about this opportunity, please submit your application by 30 September 2025 by clicking the Apply button.
