This role is perfect for someone with solid experience in maintenance whos ready to take the next step in their career and expand their technical skills in a supportive, team-first environment.What Youll DoYour Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include: General & GroundsPerform painting projects and light drywall repairsContribute to overall curb appeal and property upkeep PlumbingReplace toilets, wax rings, surrounds, and shower trim/cartridgesDiagnose and report water heater issues ElectricalReplace outlets, switches, light fixtures, and ballasts HVACCheck and monitor common area boilersDiagnose furnace and air handler issues within a non-licensed scope Tech Tools & Vendor CollaborationUse digital platforms to manage work orders and communicate with vendorsParticipate in on-call rotations and assist with third-party contractor coordinationTeam & Training Culture Office & Company ContributionAttend quarterly company-wide meetingsActively participate in weekly Maintenance meetings Ongoing TrainingContinue developing your maintenance skillsManage work orders and prioritize tasks independently 13 years of experience in maintenance or a related field Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently while contributing to team success A mindset that views challenges as opportunities to improveAt Inland Family of Companies, weve been building strong, connected communities since 1971.
