Working in close coordination with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and the Front Office teams, you will play a key role in upholding the refined experience expected by our guests.Where Youll Make an ImpactSupervise the daily cleaning and upkeep of all public areas including lobby spaces, poolside, lift areas, and guest corridorsLiaise with other departments to prioritise and report on cleanliness and maintenance needsCoordinate your own roster based on guest occupancy and hotel activityMonitor cleanliness standards and conduct inspectionsMaintain accurate records and daily task reportingUphold and enforce safe work practices and hygiene protocolsMotivate and support the team in a high-end hospitality environmentWhat Were Looking ForYoure a polished, hands-on supervisor with a high level of initiative and an unwavering commitment to presentation and detail.
