OverviewAir Conditioning Technician (Mechanic) Location: Gold Coast Position: Full-time Salary: $85,000 $95,000 per annumSynergy Airconditioning is seeking a qualified full-time Air Conditioning Technician to join our team in Gold Coast. This role involves assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial, commercial, and domestic air-conditioning systems and equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, service, and repair residential and commercial air conditioning systems.Replace defective components and record all maintenance and repair actions.Diagnose faults and perform preventative maintenance.Check and connect equipment, ensuring alignment and accuracy of fit.Adjusting system controls and mechanisms as required.Communicate clearly with clients and provide top-tier customer service.Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.Conduct leak testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and performance testing on systems.Qualifications and SkillsCertificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and controls.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Licensing as required in Queensland.Valid drivers licence.If you are a skilled and motivated professional looking to take the next step in your career, wed love to hear from you.Stay Safe While Job HuntingWe vet all employer accounts and do our best to keep job ads safe, but scams can still occur.
