Key responsibilities include:Financial Leadership: Ownership of financial strategy, P&L and balance sheet, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis.Cashflow & Capital Management: Oversee liquidity, working capital, banking relationships, debt facilities, dividends, and shareholder reporting.Governance & Company Secretary: Support the Board with compliance, reporting, statutory obligations, and corporate governance frameworks.Commercial Operations: Manage supplier negotiations, contracts, procurement, and property leases. Provide commercial input into pricing, tenders, and business cases for investment.Technology & Transformation: Oversee IT and outsourced tech partners, ensuring finance systems and broader technology platforms remain fit-for-purpose, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and emerging tools such as automation and AI.Leadership: Manage a local and offshore finance team, driving accountability, engagement, and performance.
