About the RoleThey are seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Customer Service professional to join their team. This role will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services, and play a key part in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies.Process orders, quotes, and returns efficiently.Liaise with internal teams (sales, warehouse, technical) to resolve customer issues.Maintain customer records and update databases accurately.Handle complaints with patience and professionalism, ensuring effective resolution.Support sales and administration teams with day-to-day tasks as required.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in customer service, internal sales, or a similar role (preferred but not essential).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.Job stability with a well-established company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
