This is a fantastic opportunity to work in one of Australias largest wine regions and further your knowledge of Australian Wine Styles.The Vintage Winemaker role includes:Shared responsibility for maintaining all vintage day-to-day winemaking functionsAssist in effective management of winemaking process stream and close coordination with other departmentsPlaying a key role in quality control and ensuring wines are always within specificationDesired Skills and ExperienceMinimum 3rd year level degree in Oenology1+ years vintage experienceA developing palate and a passion for wineAble to work on a rotating roster of day and night shiftsIntermediate computer skills and experience with the MS Office Suite of applicationsA team player that thrives in a diverse workplaceAt Zilzie Wines, Energy is Everything!
