OverviewGeneral Manager Strategy & Performance (Aged Care) Victoria For Purpose Aged Care Australia (FPACA) is entering an exciting phase of national growth and transformation. We are seeking an accomplished and visionary General Manager Strategy & Performance to partner with our Group CEO and leadership team to deliver our 35 year strategy and ensure a sustainable future for our services.This pivotal leadership position will oversee FPACAs centralised Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring enterprise-wide initiatives are aligned to strategic priorities and delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of governance and compliance. The role will lead the creation of the organisations systems upgrade roadmap, with experience in technology systems transformation (e.g. HRIS, payroll, rostering, financial, and clinical management systems) highly desirable. You will also directly manage high-priority strategic projects from initiation to completion including enterprise systems implementations, business transformation initiatives, and post-acquisition integrations the first of which will be FPACAs systems upgrade program.About YouWe are looking for an experienced executive who brings:Proven expertise in strategy, transformation, or enterprise PMO leadership.Demonstrated experience in technology and systems transformation.Strong capability in financial and resource management within complex environments.Direct experience in aged care or a highly regulated sector.Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, management, or project management.A collaborative, inspiring leadership style with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Key Focus AreasStrategic & Operational LeadershipStakeholder Engagement & CommunicationProject Governance & ComplianceResource & Financial ManagementChange Management & Continuous ImprovementPeople Leadership & DevelopmentBenefits & CultureBenefitsSalary packaging save up to $15,900 p.a.
