About Us The Role As Legal Director, you will: Lead the legal function of the firm and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Provide high-level legal advice and strategic direction across migration and business law. Mentor, manage, and develop our legal and professional team. Oversee trust account management and compliance as an authorised principal. Work closely with the Managing Directors on firm strategy, growth, and client service delivery. Represent Healy Daloia in professional, client, and stakeholder engagements. About You We are seeking a senior, forward-thinking lawyer who combines technical expertise with proven leadership. To be considered, you will need: An Unrestricted Practising Certificate in Victoria. Successful completion of an approved Practice Management Course (PMC). At least 5 years post-admission experience, ideally in migration law, or related fields. Demonstrated leadership or management experience in a law firm or legal team. Strong commercial acumen and ability to contribute to the strategic growth of the firm. Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire confidence with clients and colleagues. Why Join Us?
