Maintain clear upward communication, ensuring management is consistently informed of store performance and key challenges.Team Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing team, supported by 7 team managers, empowering them to deliver an elevated client experience and exceed sales targets.Client Engagement: Ensure our flagship store offers an immersive and unforgettable experience, cultivating lasting relationships and brand loyalty.Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to brand standards.ProfileProfile:Extensive leadership experience managing a large team (50+) within a luxury retail flagship environment.
