To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong technical expertise and hands-on experience operating equipment in a coal mining environment, including:Draglines, Dozers, Graders, Loaders, Water Trucks, Haul Trucks, and Excavators;A strong commitment to safety and proactive risk management;Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team;A track record of consistently achieving production targets;A practical and solutions-oriented approach to compliance and teamwork;Flexibility to adapt to evolving work conditions and mining techniques; andSound knowledge of site safety procedures and relevant legislation.We are committed to building a safe workplace culture where people feel connected to our values and purpose, and where the development and contribution of our team members is fundamental to our success.Job DescriptionAs an Open Cut Examiner (OCE) at the Isaac Plains Complex, you will play a key role in ensuring safe mining practices and regulatory compliance across site operations.
