Be the face of the hotel! As the first point of contact, your service will set the standard for the entire stay. Career progression opportunities are available for people who demonstrate an outstanding attitude and willingness to learn.Experience, Skills, and Attributes:Confidence in managing front desk duties, check in and check out procedures and professional phone manner. Conflict resolution and maintaining a professional approach to guest management. Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork. Attention to detail and effective time management.2. Food & Beverage Attendants (Casual & Full-Time Roles)Key Responsibilities:Provide outstanding service to our guests in a fast-paced environment. Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere. Take orders and deliver food and beverages with a friendly demeanour. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.Experience, Skills, and Attributes:Previous experience in a food and beverage role is a plus, but not required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment. Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
