Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, this role involves overseeing inventory management, streamlining supply chain processes, and managing supplier relationships to improve cost efficiencies and profitability.Key responsibilitiesOverseeing daily storeman operations and purchasing activities, ensuring compliance and financial controlsMaintaining accurate procurement records and documentation for efficient tracking and auditingAssisting with stock management, including inventory checks and reconciliations to ensure accurate stock levelsPreparing timely reports on purchasing activities and cost performance, ensuring transparency and accountabilityAbout YouTo succeed as the Procurement Administration Coordinator, you will need a strong blend of administrative expertise and financial acumen, with a focus on cost evaluation and inventory management (experience in procurement is desirable).
