Overview VIC, Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa - Daylesford 3460 Customer Service Officer Were looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Front of house Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, youll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every customer enjoys a positive experience. From reception and sales to promoting our programs and assisting with queries, youll be at the heart of our operations, helping us deliver outstanding service every day. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone Handle cash and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately Assist with membership inquiries, sales, and renewals Promote our centres services and programs, manage bookings and enrolments Build and maintain positive relationships with customers Ensure professional public relations and communication at all times Assist with opening and closing procedures, following safety and security protocols What Were Looking For A positive, friendly and approachable attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Computer literacy and confidence using POS systems Current First Aid (Workplace Level 2) and CPR Certificates Valid Police Check and Working with Children''s Check clearance Previous experience in a customer service role (desirable, but not essential) Why Join Us?
