Our brokers consistently close $100M+ annually each, and we are now expanding into fund management with the launch of three wholesale commercial funds in Australia:First Mortgage Fund conservative, secured income (70% LVR)High Yield Fund second mortgages and mezzanine lending (85% LVR)Opportunities Fund bespoke, higher-return wholesale strategiesEach fund has been designed to suit different investor appetites, from capital-secure mandates through to higher-yield, opportunistic strategies.The RoleWe are seeking a highly credible Chair or Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to lead the investment division of Kingsmen Capital Partners.This senior appointment requires a proven fund leader with a successful track record in wholesale and institutional capital raising, combined with deep knowledge of private credit and commercial finance.
