Youll work closely with Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless room readiness while fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.Where youll make an impactSupervise housekeeping operations to deliver exceptional service and guest satisfaction.Inspect guest rooms to ensure they meet The Sundays high standards of cleanliness and comfort.Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to manage room readiness, including VIP and special guest requirements.Assist with training, mentoring, and evaluating staff performance to identify development needs.Oversee rosters to ensure operational demands are met.Respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.Perform Room Attendant duties when operationally required.What were looking forWe are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the patience to work effectively with team members.
