Our customer base includes local farmers, primary producers, and trade clientele. Tasks will be varied, with a flexible attitude required. You will be responsible for delivering orders to customers; holding an HR Truck Licence would be advantageous but is not mandatory. You will be required to obtain this Licence once you commence employment with us.About the RoleProvide knowledge and support to existing and new customers. Process sales orders, stock control, and prepare orders for delivery.Provide customer service and be the primary contact for key clients regarding product pricing, logistics, and product availability.Provide a proactive solution-based approach to resolving customer issues.Create ongoing relationships with new and existing clients.Be the primary person responsible for farm delivery via HR truck and light vehicle.About youPrevious experience in a team support role in a busy environment.A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with an interest in the agriculture industry.Proven ability to develop solid and long-term customer relationships.Effective verbal communications skills and a proactive, well-organised approach.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills with empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.This job will remain posted until filled.
