They are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join their team and manage all sales processes across the Orange, Parkes & Forbes regions.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying customers'' needs and determining products to suit their requirements to build their dream homeUnderstand the fundamentals of building and design, understanding different blocks and building requirements to determine feasibilityGenerating and following up leads to convert to salesDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with customersDeveloping external referral relationships with developers and real estate agentsConducting market research to provide an understanding of the housing industryAbout YouA driven sales professional with a passion for customer serviceDemonstrated success in converting leads into salesKnowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans is a plusAbility to build great relationshipsGood knowledge of IT systems and processesAbility to work weekendsRemuneration & BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a base salary of $70k + super + car allowance and a competitive commission structure.
