OverviewBlock Manager Horsham up to 38kOPR is delighted to be working with a reputable and growing firm based in Horsham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Block Manager to join a close-knit and collaborative team. You will be managing a well-maintained residential leasehold portfolio, with the autonomy to take ownership of your sites while supported by experienced colleagues. The company fosters a team-focused culture that values professionalism, problem-solving, and clear communication, offering a stable and friendly working environment.ResponsibilitiesManage a residential leasehold block portfolio across West Sussex and surrounding areasBuild strong relationships with leaseholders, freeholders, and contractorsOversee planned and reactive maintenance, health and safety compliance, and service charge budgetsHandle site inspections, AGMs, and day-to-day property management tasksWork closely with accounts, admin support, and senior leadership to ensure high service deliveryAbout You / QualificationsExperienced Block Manager with solid understanding of residential leasehold managementIRPM qualified or working towards (preferred but not essential)Strong communicator with ability to manage relationships and resolve issues confidentlyOrganised and self-motivated, with a team-oriented approachComfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a small teamBased within commutable distance of HorshamWhat They OfferCompetitive salary up to 38,000 per annum20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidaysRegular working hours: 9am5pm with 1 hour lunch breakSponsorship of TPI qualificationsFriendly, supportive team environment with clear progression opportunitiesOpportunity to join a well-run and respected independent managing agentHow To ApplyIf this position is of interest, please get in touch with Gillian Ferguson at [email protected].
