The company has several manufacturing facilities located in Victoria and Tasmania.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and supervise the QA Officers in maintaining the Quality Management System, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality products to Australian customers. Reporting to the Site Quality Assurance Manager, the role will be based at the manufacturing site in Moe, Gippsland.ResponsibilitiesSupervise the compliance of Food Safety and Quality Assurance programs to meet Regulatory requirements, Overseas Country requirements, and customer specifications, ensuring ultimate compliance with the company''s Quality Management System.Monitor the implementation of effective QA practicesFacilitate with the QAM the quarterly Management Review meetings, reviewing all quality-related issues raised during the previous quarter, including customer complaints and Incident reports.Prepare for review and discussion at the quarterly Management meetings, an analysis of all the CAR/NCR response reports outlining the investigations taken, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventative measures recommended.RequirementsAt least four to five years experience Supervising Quality Assurance and Management ProgramsPrior experience in liaising with Food Regulatory DepartmentsPrevious experience in the red meat industry is requiredCert IV in Meat Processing (Quality Assurance), HACCP etcLocation & RemunerationA competitive remuneration package is on offer to attract the right person to this role.
