What You Will Get To DoThe Senior Strategic Sourcing Analyst / Senior Procurement Specialist is responsible for leading the development and execution of sourcing strategies across multiple categories. The role focuses on delivering cost savings, enhancing supplier performance, and supporting the companys procurement objectives. Success in this position requires advanced analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and strong influencing skills.Develop and implement end-to-end sourcing strategies that align with the organisations long-term objectives, driving cost savings, quality, efficiency, and valueExecute formal RFPs, evaluate bids, and present award recommendations to stakeholdersIdentify opportunities for supplier consolidation and strategic spend managementBuild and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key suppliersMonitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and foster long-term partnerships that support business goalsAnalyse complex procurement and spend data to identify trends, forecast demand, and generate actionable insightsLead complex contract negotiations to secure favourable terms while minimising riskOversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, performance, and value optimisationDraft and review contract documents, including Master Agreements, Amendments, Statements of Work, and Non-Disclosure Agreements, where legal input is requiredOwn and manage sourcing for assigned categories or high-value goods and servicesServe as the internal subject matter expert, delivering strategic guidance and category-specific insightsCollaborate with stakeholders across finance, legal, operations, and product development to align sourcing strategies with business needsSupport transition planning and lead special projects as neededEngage regularly with business units to stay informed on upcoming projects and contract renewal plansProvide mentorship to junior sourcing analysts, sharing best practices and supporting developmentCollaborate with leadership to identify skill development opportunities for self and teamAct as a thought leader within the sourcing functionLead market intelligence efforts to identify industry trends, benchmark pricing, evaluate new suppliers, and uncover innovation opportunitiesProactively assess supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with regulatory and internal standardsDefine and monitor KPIs for supplier performance and internal sourcing processes to support continuous improvement What You Will BringBachelor''s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Masters preferred)10+ years'' experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain managementProven ability to lead complex sourcing initiatives and global supplier engagementsStrong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsProficient in Excel and procurement tools (SAP, Oracle, Workday; Smartsheet preferred)Knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier management, contract law, and cost analysisExperience with sustainable/ethical sourcing (preferred)CPSM, CPP, or similar certifications (optional)High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to manage competing deadlinesStrong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
