OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated individual to join our fantastic team as a receptionist.Day-to-day duties include greeting and booking in clients, taking payments, answering phones to book appointments, answering queries and some administration work.About UsWe are a first opinion practice and are well equipped with an on-site laboratory, digital x-ray machine and state-of-the-art operating theatre and are able to provide the majority of diagnostic investigations and surgical procedures for our clients'' pets. The successful person will join our fantastic team of 6 Veterinary Surgeons, 7 RVNs and 2 SVNs with 5 client care staff.The ideal fitThe ideal candidate will have previous reception experience and confidence in dealing with various client interactions. Great communication and organisational skills are a must. Previous veterinary experience is an advantage but not essential.Your shift patternThis is a full-time role with a variable shift pattern on a 5 week rolling rota, there is some flexibility on shift patterns/hours. Our reception team have a 1 in 5 weekend rota of a Saturday 8.30 - 12.30.
