Youll play an important role in helping individuals achieve their goals through assessment, therapy, and collaborative planning.Please note that we are able to consider both psychologists with full registration to start in 2025, or provisional psychologists for our Early Career Intake, beginning in January 2026.What This Role InvolvesDelivering neuro-affirming, evidence-informed assessments and interventionsWorking closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure continuity of careCollaborating with a team of speech pathologists, OTs, allied health assistants, other specialist therapists and psychologists to co-create holistic supportsContributing to group programs, clinical development, and community projects aligned with your interestsWhat Youll BringA recognised 4-year psychology qualification (Masters preferred but not essential)AHPRA registration as a psychologist (or provisional if eligible)Ideally, 1+ years experience, but flexible for the right personA desire to grow, learn, and contribute to a team that values reflection and progressNDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)A valid drivers licence and access to a vehicleWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + super + bonus structureProfessional development and career coachingTravel reimbursement and equipment (laptop provided)A genuinely warm, welcoming, and values-driven teamFlexible hours and varied caseloads to support your preferred way of workingLets Grow TogetherIf youre ready to join a workplace that puts people first and celebrates progressnot perfection, wed love to hear from you.
