If you''re a skilled Agriculture or Heavy Equipment Technician, we want to talk - and yes, were open to discussing a hiring bonus for the right person.What You''ll Do:Diagnose, repair, and service Kubota agricultural, turf, and construction equipment, including engines, powertrains, hydraulics, electrical systems, and attachmentsPerform preventative maintenance and inspectionsAccurately complete repair orders, warranty documentation, and tech reportsAssist in field service and equipment testing when neededMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentWhat You Bring:A genuine passion for agriculture, farming, and supporting the people who feed and build our communitiesCertification or near-completion in Agricultural or Heavy Equipment Technician program (minimum Block 3)4+ years of mechanical/service experience (agriculture or heavy equipment)Strong diagnostic skills and a problem-solving mindsetTeam-oriented, reliable, and customer-focusedClean drivers abstract and ability to pass a background checkComfortable using computer-based service software and systemsWhy Work at Bayview?Because we take care of our people.
