Overview Independent Firm of Chartered Accountants Clark Wood is delighted to be working with a respected independent firm of chartered accountants in Penrith who are seeking an ambitious and professional Accounts & Audit Senior to join their close-knit and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA / ACCA) individual to take on a varied and hands-on role within a friendly and supportive practice, known for its long-standing client relationships and commitment to employee development. Role Overview The position will involve a mix of accounts preparation and audit work, with the split dependent on experience and client needs typically around 80% accounts and 20% audit. You will work closely with clients across a range of sectors, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and charitable organisations. This role offers genuine career progression, making it ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their accountancy career within a collaborative local firm.
