As an HSE Advisor, you''ll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest safety standards are maintained in our underground operations.Based in Carrapateena, South Australia, you will work closely with our team to implement and oversee health, safety, and environmental strategies that align with our company values and the unique challenges of underground environments.Youll make an impact by:Developing and implementing safety systems and procedures to protect our peopleConducting risk assessments and safety auditsProviding training and guidance on HSE practicesEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policiesWhat youll bringTo succeed in this role, you will have:Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health and SafetyExtensive experience in an HSE role, particularly in underground mining environmentsStrong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirementsExcellent communication and leadership skillsIdeally, you will also have:Experience with emergency response planning and incident managementA proactive approach to identifying and addressing safety issuesAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teamsWhy M2P Engineering?At M2P, we do a whole lot: engineering, construction, fabrication, maintenance the list goes on.
