Ardour Hotels & Estates is excited to announce that due to the grand re-opening of Ardour Milton Park Bowral in early 2026, we are seeking casual and part-time Food & Beverage Attendants to work across our restaurants, bars and events. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the re-opening team and be one of the first to experience the elegantly renovated hotel, spa and grounds in the charming hills of Bowral in the Southern Highlands.The hotel is re-opening in mid-January 2026 with casual roles commencing mid-December 2025;Flexible shifts available from breakfast though to dinner;Uniform and training provided.The Role and Key DutiesCurate an unforgettable and personalised service experience for our guests from start to finish;Ensure the restaurant is presented to a high standard at all times, oversee the setup and breakdown of dining areas, assist with the setup and service of special events, banquets, and private functions as needed;Forge relationships with guests and locals to promote clientele loyalty & retention;Maximize and identify opportunities to sell products & experiences that suit the needs of our guests;Process payments accurately and efficiently.
