Our nurseries offer safe, nurturing surroundings for children aged from 6 weeks through to 5 years.WHAT will I get from working with Little Toes?EARN: 7.55 per hour, 40 hours per weekEXPERIENCE: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pmQUALIFICATION: Early Years Educator Level 3 takes approximately 18 months.BENEFITS: Staff discount for childcare, career progression, ongoing training, team building activitiesWHAT will my DAY look like?You will be supporting with providing high quality care to young children. Your daily tasks will include:Contributing to a programme of activities tailored to each childs needs and interests.Recording childrens learning and development journeys, and sharing these with parents, carers, and other key adults.Liaising with and supporting parents, carers, and other family members.Attending activities that are out of working hours (e.g. staff meetings, training, and events etc.)Being flexible and prepared to help where needed (including domestic jobs e.g. preparing meals, and cleaning toys etc.)Following the ethos of the nursery, creating a warm and friendly environment.Ensuring that EYFS is promoted efficiently and that its policies are followed correctly.Helping with the smooth running of the Nursery.Read, understand and adhere to all policies and procedures relevant to your role.A minimum of 6 hours per week spent completing apprenticeship work which includes assignments, research, and training within your roleHOW does the Apprenticeship work?Working towards your Early Years Educator Level 3 Qualification, youll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings with your tutor and learn about modules including risk management, key person & attachment, learning & development, and more!WHAT skills/qualifications do I NEED?Minimum GRADE 4/C in GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & EnglishUK Residency must have lived in the UK for at least 3 yearsLevel 2 Childcare and/or equivalentGood communication and attention to detailPatienceProblem solving skillsWhat happens next?If your application is successful, you will receive a call from our dedicated Recruitment Consultant who will discuss the qualification, location and course length in more detail.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons. #J-18808-Ljbffr
